This welcoming space is designed for comfort and convenience, featuring 1 bedroom with 1 bed and 1 full big bathroom, accommodating up to 3 guests. The layout is complemented by an amazing patio that offers stunning views of both the ocean and the marina, providing a peaceful spot to unwind after a day of exploration.

While the structured amenities are minimal, the condo is thoughtfully equipped for your stay:

• Kitchenette with microwave, coffee maker, and mini refrigerator and freezer
• Full set of dishes and utensils
• Television with cable/satellite
• Hair dryer, iron, and ironing board
• Beach essentials: chairs, towels, umbrella, and snorkel gear

Located in a prime area, the condo is within walking distance of nearly everything. You can indulge in a massage on the beach, go snorkeling, watch whales, swim with sharks, go shopping, or try your luck catching a marlin. The iconic beauty of Lands End is also just a short stroll away. For seamless arrivals, the property is accessed by elevator through a beautiful 24-hour guarded lobby, with easy direct access straight to the Marina.

Practical details for your visit include a check-in window from 3:00 PM to 8:00 PM and a check-out time of 11:00 AM. Please note that pets are not allowed. For those traveling with a vehicle, parking is available right in front and at the side of the building. A parking pass is available for a flat fee of $20 for the entire stay; please be aware that a $100 charge applies if the pass is lost or not returned upon departure. To ensure your peace of mind, we follow strict guidelines for Covid-19 and take all necessary precautions for every cleaning and check-in to guarantee your safety.
