Located on the island of Leikluoto, this modern Scandinavian retreat is perfectly positioned just 10 meters from its own shoreline, offering a peaceful setting for up to 12 guests to gather and relax. Because the property is accessible by road and bridge, you can enjoy the seclusion of island life without the worry of ferry timetables.

The layout is designed for seamless indoor-outdoor living. The heart of the home is a bright, open-plan kitchen and living room featuring large panoramic windows that maximize natural light and showcase breathtaking sea views. This space includes a premium, fully equipped kitchen with elegant tableware, a dining table for 10, a cozy fireplace, and a Smart TV. For sleeping arrangements, the main building offers two elegant bedrooms with high-quality double beds. The spacious loft provides additional flexibility with two double beds and two single beds. Complementing the modern villa is a unique, traditional log cabin—moved to the site with respect for local heritage—which features a 140 cm sofa bed and its own air conditioning.

Outdoor living is an experience of its own at Adevilla. A massive terrace with sun loungers and a high-quality gas grill overlooks the archipelago. Follow the wooden stairs down to the shore to find a private dock and stand-up paddleboards. Wellness is central to the stay, with a modern electric sauna in the main house and a traditional wood-heated beach sauna by the water. Guests can also enjoy a year-round warm outdoor jacuzzi or a refreshing dip in the seasonal swimming pool.

Situated along the legendary Archipelago Trail and the historic King’s Road, the villa is surrounded by coastal scenery and local culture. Within walking distance, you'll find the popular Ravintola Kuunari boat restaurant. A short drive away is Hakkenpää harbor, home to After Sail 886, the largest floating restaurant in the Archipelago Sea.
