Designed for relaxation and ease, the home features 3 bedrooms, 3 beds, and 2 bathrooms, accommodating up to 6 guests. The master suite is well appointed with a queen bed, an ensuite bathroom, a separate WC, and two walk-in robes. The second bedroom also offers a queen bed, while the third bedroom contains two singles. These rooms share a well-equipped bathroom and a separate WC.

The heart of the home is the main open-plan living area, which includes a well-equipped kitchen boasting stone benchtops, a large dining table, and a relaxing TV area. For added comfort, there is a cozy snug and a laundry area featuring a large washing machine and dryer.

Outside, the focus is on entertainment and serenity. The sheltered, private gardens are usable in all weathers, featuring synthetic lawns, tasteful planting, and a tropical-style fan above the outdoor dining setting, complemented by an outdoor lounge suite.
