• Parties, events, and gatherings are strictly prohibited; only registered overnight guests (max 6) are permitted on the property.
• No guns or shooting are allowed on the premises.
• Pets are not allowed.
• Note: This property has two other dwelling units with long-term tenants. While the home, backyard, and immediate front yard are private, you may see tenants in the side driveway area. Please respect their privacy.
• Temperature Control: Thermostats are locked at 76 degrees in warm months and 72 degrees in cold months.
• Maintenance: Landscapers visit every Tuesday, and garbage pickup is early Thursday mornings (please do not park by the bin).
