Sleeping arrangements include one king bedroom, two queen bedrooms, and a partitioned bunk room containing two bunk beds (four twin beds). Each of the two full bathrooms includes a bathtub for a relaxing soak after a day of adventure.

This home is a true kid paradise, offering a small playroom filled with toys and books, a high chair, and dedicated kids' plates and utensils. For the adults, the outdoor living space is a highlight, boasting a 6-person hot tub and a large covered sitting area. • Smoking/Vaping: Strictly prohibited indoors and outdoors. Guests must leave the property completely to smoke or vape.
• Additional Notes: A security camera is located to the left of the entrance. The outdoor fire pit is currently unavailable per fire rules. River access is located across the street.
