For additional guests, the second-floor living room includes a full-size pull-out sofa bed. Every room is appointed with high-quality mattresses, pillows, and linens to ensure the best night's sleep.

Due to the central location, some road noise may be present; earplugs are provided for your comfort.

House Rules:

• No parties, events, or digital piracy

• No shoes allowed indoors
• Pets and Emotional Support Animals are not permitted due to owners' severe allergies
• A $500 fine applies per violation of house rules
• Minimum age to book is 21

For stays longer than 29 days, a double cleaning fee, tenant screening, lease signing, and security deposit are required. Identity verification is mandatory for all bookings.
