The home features 3 bedrooms and 1 bathroom, comfortably accommodating up to 6 guests. Sleeping arrangements include one bedroom with a king bed, one with a queen bed, and a third bedroom featuring a twin bed with a twin trundle. For those needing a quiet place to focus, the twin bedroom includes a dedicated workspace. Each room is equipped with blackout shades, noise machines, and ear plugs to ensure a restful stay during the bright summer months.

The main living area is an open-concept space that flows seamlessly between the seating area, dining space, and kitchen. The kitchen is well-appointed for preparing everything from quick meals to feasts, with seating for eight at the table and four at the bar. To encourage a slower pace and deeper connection with nature, the home intentionally does not provide a microwave or TV, though guests are welcome to bring their own streaming devices. The bathroom features a step-free entry, a rainfall shower head, and organic, vegan Public Goods toiletries, along with a guest washer and dryer for convenience.

Outdoor amenities include a spacious deck with a propane grill and a yard featuring a fire pit. Guests have access to the entire top floor and deck, with five dedicated parking spots available on-site.
