Designed for comfort and functionality, the layout features 1 bedroom with 1 bed and 1 bathroom, comfortably accommodating up to 4 guests. The sleeping area has been thoughtfully divided into two separate spaces by a stylish glass wall, featuring a double bed and a bunk bed, with each space equipped with its own wardrobe. The modernized bathroom includes a toilet, sink, shower, and bidet.

Casa Laricola is characterized by high level finishes and a welcoming atmosphere. The living area is centered around a large sofa and a Smart TV, while the culinary space is a highlight of the home. The complete kitchen is equipped with an induction hob, oven, microwave, dishwasher, refrigerator, toaster, kettle, espresso machine, and long coffee machine. Guests can enjoy meals at the very spacious kitchen island, which serves as the heart of the home.

Step outside onto the balcony to enjoy the stunning lake view, complete with an outdoor coffee table and chairs perfect for morning espresso. For your convenience, the home also includes a washing machine and all necessary bed linens and towels.

Practical details: Check-in is available from 3:00 PM to 8:00 PM, and check-out is by 10:00 AM. A security deposit of €150.00 is required upon arrival and is fully refundable at check-out following a damage inspection. The property is heated by a stove; please note that pellets are not included in the price but can be purchased locally or requested from the host. A city tax of €1 per person (over 14 years old) per night for up to 10 nights applies. Pets are not allowed.
