Welcome to our farmhouse-style townhome in Chico, California, a cozy retreat where rustic charm meets modern comfort. Whether you are visiting for a family getaway, a team retreat, or a large group excursion, this spacious home offers the perfect blend of relaxation and convenience.

Designed to comfortably accommodate up to 14 guests, the layout features 6 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms. Sleeping arrangements include:

• 2 bedrooms with King beds
• 2 bedrooms with Queen beds
• 2 bedrooms with two Twin beds each

While the home is a sanctuary of its own, you can take advantage of the nearby community pool, which is rarely crowded and fully accessible to guests. Outside, you will find a fenced-in backyard that is ideal for enjoying fresh air and outdoor dining.

Located in a peaceful neighborhood perfect for leisurely walks, the home is centrally situated close to everything you need. You can reach Downtown Chico in just 5 minutes for excellent dining and entertainment. Other nearby landmarks include the Chico Marketplace, Target, and Walmart (all 5 minutes away), Enloe Medical Center (5-10 minutes), and Chico State (10 minutes).

Parking is ample and organized to ensure a smooth stay, with 6 designated spots provided per reservation: one garage spot, one spot directly in front of the home, and one numbered parking space. Please use only these assigned spaces to maintain good relations with our neighbors.

Practical Information and House Rules:

• Check-in: 4:00 PM - 11:00 PM (Early check-in requires host approval)
• Check-out: 11:00 AM
• Guests must be at least 25 years old to book
• All guests are required to sign a rental agreement and provide a government ID prior to check-in
• A credit card hold is required as a deposit for non-Airbnb bookings
• Pets are not allowed
• Smoking is strictly prohibited inside. Outdoor smoking must be at least 10 feet from the home with all butts fully disposed of due to the fire-sensitive nature of the tree-filled neighborhood
• We do not accept bookings from locals or guests using Google Voice/service phone numbers; reservations will be verified via phone call

Enjoy a no-stress check-out experience; as long as the home is left in good condition, you are welcome to enjoy a final warm cup of coffee before your departure.
