Your stay consists of two separate villas, providing a total layout of 2 bedrooms, 2 beds, and 2 bathrooms, accommodating up to 6 guests. Each individual villa is designed for comfort and includes a bedroom with 1 King Bed and a living area featuring a pull-out sofa bed and a large flat-screen television with cable/satellite service and a DVD player. For your convenience, each unit is equipped with a full kitchen, a dedicated dining area, a full bathroom, a washer/dryer, and a private patio or balcony. Please note that villas are not adjoining and specific room assignments are handled by resort staff at check-in; therefore, views and room locations may vary.

As guests of vacation club owners, you will have full access to all resort amenities for the duration of your stay, including:

• Outdoor pools, pool chairs, and a pool bar/grille
• Hot tubs and spa services
• Fitness center and fitness classes
• Game room and on-site children's activities
• BBQ grills and beach services, including rentals for chairs, umbrellas, and cabanas

Practical Information: Check-in is at 4:00 PM and check-out is at 10:00 AM. The resort is cashless. Guests checking in must be 21+ years old and provide a valid credit card for a refundable damage deposit. Please be aware that Marriott Bonvoy benefits such as early check-in, late check-out, complimentary upgrades, and free breakfast are not offered. Service animals are welcome, but family pets are not permitted.

Important Notices: An occupancy tax (approximately $10 to $30 per night) is payable to the resort upon checkout. Valet and on-site parking fees are $45 daily. Additionally, the Kona Tower will undergo renovation and exterior painting from June 23, 2025, through December 18, 2025, which may result in limited views and minor construction noise between 9 a.m. and 5 p.m.
