Sleeping arrangements include two king master suites, a third bedroom with a queen bed, and a fourth bedroom equipped with two sets of twin bunk beds, comfortably accommodating up to 10 guests.

The main living area boasts an open floor plan, highlighted by a gorgeous, newly remodeled chef's kitchen and a cozy wood-burning fireplace in the adjacent living room. For outdoor enjoyment, guests can relax on the private deck featuring a BBQ. The dining area includes an additional leaf to ensure plenty of space for large groups. For entertainment and relaxation, the living room provides a cable TV, while board games and cards are available for family fun.

Located near the west gate, the home offers convenient access to the resort's finest attractions. It is an easy bike ride to the Lakeside Bistro and the newly updated lodge pool, and a short stroll to the Paulina pool and springs. As part of the gated Black Butte Ranch community, guests have access to a lodge-style clubhouse, indoor/outdoor pools, a hot tub, steam room, workout facilities, tennis courts, and extensive hiking and biking paths. The resort also offers world-class golf, horseback stables for guided rides, and Phalarope Lake for canoeing, kayaking, stand-up paddle boarding, and fly fishing.
