This level includes three bedrooms with comfy beds, a living area equipped with air conditioning and heating, a bathroom, and a well-equipped kitchen featuring a dishwasher and a deluxe Nespresso machine. The lower level offers a private, self-contained unit with its own bedroom/living area, TV, bathroom, and laundry, providing an ideal sanctuary for those seeking a bit of extra space.
