This expansive home is designed to accommodate up to 12 guests with a unique layout featuring 6 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms. The sleeping arrangements are thoughtfully distributed across multiple levels to provide plenty of room to spread out. On the main floor, you will find two bedrooms each featuring two queen beds. The upper level consists of two traditional bedrooms and two additional lofts, each staged with two twin beds and closet space. These lofts are very easy to get to, requiring no ladders. To further enhance the experience, the home includes two more loft spaces: one furnished with a couch and small table, and another featuring a 6-seating card and game table.

• Pets are not allowed
• HOA Parking Restrictions: Oversized vehicles, including campervans, trailers, RVs, and shuttle vans carrying more than 9 passengers, are prohibited within residential areas. Designated on-site parking is available near the main entrance by the community EV charging station. Note that this parking area may be between 1/4 mile to 1 mile from the rental; a second vehicle for shuttling is highly recommended.
