The large master suite boasts balcony access and a king bed, while the second bedroom also features a king bed. The third bedroom provides two full beds, and the living area includes a queen sleeper. For your convenience, each bedroom is equipped with linens, flat panel TVs, and ample closet space. The master bath features a large jetted tub/shower combination, while the additional bathrooms provide a standup shower and a tub/shower combination, ensuring plenty of space for everyone to refresh after a day in the sand.

This home is updated with a new AC, new flooring, and new LG appliances. The large kitchen is fully equipped with beautiful granite countertops and stainless appliances, perfect for dining in. A private washer and dryer are also included in the unit.

While the resort offers a large oceanfront pool, a winding lazy river, whirlpools, and a kiddie splash station with an umbrella waterfall and sunken ship, you are also steps away from the best of downtown. The resort is located right by the brand new downtown Boardwalk, shops, and amazing restaurants. You are just a block from Family Kingdom Amusement Park and its oceanfront waterpark, and less than a mile from the iconic Skywheel. The 2nd Ave Pier is within steps, offering pier fishing and a great spot to watch weekly fireworks every Wednesday through early September.
