Majestic Sun is situated within the beautiful Seascape Resort, which provides an array of upscale facilities including an 18-hole championship golf course, eight tennis courts, a conference center, freshwater lakes, and lovely park grounds. • Smoke-free environment: Smoking and chewing tobacco are prohibited in all common areas, including the garage, walkways, pool decks, spa, and balconies.

Maintenance Advisory: Please be aware that the Majestic Sun HOA will conduct building-wide exterior maintenance from September 2026 through April 2027. For Unit A513, balcony repairs are scheduled from 12/01/26 to 12/29/26, during which the balcony will be inaccessible and furniture stored inside. Walkway repairs are scheduled from 02/18/27 to 03/04/27, resulting in a floor shutdown with no access. Guests are encouraged to contact their Property Manager to verify how these schedules may affect their stay.
