Thank you for following the following rules in order to ensure a pleasant, quiet and secure stay.

Guests and access to the listing

Only people declared in the reservation are allowed to access the listing.

Any additional guests must be requested in advance and approved in writing by the host.

In accordance with local rules and/or residence rules, unmarried Moroccan couples are not allowed in the accommodation.

Mixed groups including Moroccan male and female guests who are not married or have a direct family connection are not allowed in the listing, even if they present themselves as friends, colleagues, or simple acquaintances.

In the event of incorrect information, undeclared guests, lack of proof, or non-compliance with the rules, access to the listing may be denied without refund.

Check-in, documents and access

Check-in is available from 3:00 p.m. and checkout must be completed by 12:00 p.m. at the latest.

Passports of all guests are required before check-in.

Check-in instructions and contact details of the person in charge of welcoming you on site will be provided one day before check-in, after all of this information has been received.

Additional fees

Any unauthorized delay to check-out or any accommodation not vacated at 12:00 PM will result in a fee of mad 200 per additional hour.

Any loss or damage to a key or remote control will be charged at 300 MAD.

If a tobacco odor is found inside the listing after guests check out, there will be a deodorizing and cleaning fee of mad 300.

Respect for the neighborhood

Parties, gatherings, unauthorized visitors, and noise disturbances are strictly prohibited.

Please respect the quietness of the villa and the neighborhood, especially in the evening and at night.

Any behavior that is inappropriate or contrary to the rules of the accommodation or villa may result in the intervention of security and/or early departure without refund.

Smoking

No smoking is allowed inside the listing.

Smoking is allowed only in outdoor areas provided for this purpose, such as the garden, balcony, or terrace, depending on the accommodation. Please do not throw any cigarette butts or trash away.

Safety and Amenities

The accommodation is secured 24 hours a day.

The listing's amenities should be used with care. Any loss, breakage, stain, or damage caused during the stay may be charged to the guest.

Please turn off the A/C, lights, and appliances when you check out.

Outages and responses

In the event of a breakdown or technical issue, the host has 24 hours to intervene or organize a solution after being informed.

No refund will be required during this period unless there is a total inability to stay at the listing.

Occasional cleaning, upkeep, or maintenance work may take place in the accommodation or villa, usually between 8:00 AM and 5:00 PM.

Personal items

Guests are responsible for their personal belongings. The host cannot be held responsible for loss, theft, or damage.

Behaviors not allowed

Any illegal activity, use of prohibited substances, gambling, or behavior contrary to the rules of the accommodation or residence is strictly prohibited.

Pool and common spaces

One person is in charge of maintaining the garden and pool and generally looking after the property. For safety and maintenance reasons, it is mandatory that she be able to access the outdoor areas in order to carry out the necessary checks and interventions.

Guests are informed in advance of these visits, which usually take place during the day. Please allow access to the areas concerned when necessary.

Linens

The towels provided are adapted to the number of guests listed in the reservation: one large bath towel per person as well as one small towel per bathroom.

Additional requests may result in additional fees.

Checking the condition of the accommodation

In order to ensure transparency and avoid any misunderstanding about the condition of the property, a video is made by the cleaning team after each cleaning and preparation of the accommodation, before the arrival of the guests and after their departure.

These records may be used as a reference element in the event of any claim, damage or dispute regarding the condition of the accommodation.

Early checkout

No refund will be due for unused nights in the event of early departure unless written agreement or applicable decision from the booking platform.
