• Smoking Policy: Smoking and vaping of any substance are strictly prohibited anywhere on the property, both indoors and outdoors. Guests wishing to smoke must leave the property entirely; violations may result in a $150 penalty.
• Note on Privacy: While the hot tub and fire pit areas are private to your group, the property backs near a main road, meaning the outdoor areas are not fully secluded and some road visibility may be present.
