For relaxation, the family room offers a comfortable space for movies, game play, or quiet reading. Upstairs, you will find a large loft-style primary bedroom featuring a large bed, a private bathroom, and a dedicated work area with a desk. This sanctuary also provides access to a large balcony, offering a serene spot to enjoy the ocean breezes.

Outside, you can enter through a wooden gate into a well-groomed private yard with maintained grass and a gathering area, ideal for entertaining friends or simply relaxing.

Location & Neighborhood Situated in a friendly beach community, the home is just a few houses down from Pleasure Point. You will find a welcoming atmosphere where locals and surfers stroll the walkway overlooking the point and the wet sandy beach. Many of Santa Cruz's most popular locations are within a short distance and can be accessed by walking or biking. By car, you have quick access to the wonderful towns of Capitola Village, Aptos, and the Santa Cruz Boardwalk and wharf.

• Parking: One parking spot on the property; additional on-street parking is available. Please be conscientious of neighboring driveways.
• Access: Electronic lock entry. Note that the door does not lock automatically; the code must be entered manually to lock the deadbolt.
• Policies: No parties are allowed. Pets are not permitted.
• Important Notes: Due to the cool coastal climate, this property does not have air conditioning. There is no access to the downstairs bedroom lofts or the rooftop beyond the balcony.
• Housekeeping: No daily housekeeping. Professionally cleaned after each departure.
