The residence features 3 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms, providing a versatile sleeping arrangement for up to 6 guests. The Master Bedroom offers a king-size bed, Smart TV, dresser, and a full bathroom. The second bedroom includes a queen-size bed, Smart TV, closet, and a full bathroom. The third bedroom is equipped with 2 single beds, a Smart TV, closet, and a full bathroom. Additionally, there is a small fourth bedroom created from the former laundry area, featuring a single bed and its own private bathroom, making it ideal for a child, teen, or nanny. A convenient half-bathroom is also available for guests.

Inside, you will find an open-concept living, dining, and kitchen area, complete with a fully equipped kitchen. The home extends outdoors to a terrace with furniture and beautiful views of El Atascadero, as well as a private roof garden featuring a BBQ grill and outdoor furniture. For your convenience, the roof garden also houses the laundry area with a washer and dryer.

Please note that while walking to downtown is a descent, returning is a steep climb; many guests prefer using a cab or Uber for the return trip. A complimentary shuttle is available Monday through Saturday from Capilla de Piedra to downtown, supermarkets, Luciernaga Mall, and La Aurora.
