1.User Requirements. ID Verification. Background Screening To Book this property, you must be 25 years or older. The only exception is young married couples under 25. When booking a stay, you must provide accurate, current, and complete information for you and your reservation party. You will be sent a text message via Guest Ranger to upload your ID to accurately match your reservation. Airbnb does NOT provide ID information to hosts. 2. Surveillance: Each Accommodation may be monitored by video electronic surveillance on the exterior of the house for guest security and to ensure that local law and the rules of the community are respected. Accommodations may include noise alert decibel monitoring systems in order to ensure that neighborhood noise levels are respected. 3. Gated Community / HOA:
The Snowline Community is a private gated community that borders the Mt. Baker Snoqualmie National Forest and is one of the closest communities to the Mt. Baker Ski Area.
The HOA/ Community requires gate cards for guest access, have rules for quiet hours (10pm- 8am), leash laws for pets and a no campfire policy.
**Please note that your rental may have limited parking availability. **Carpooling may be required. **Parking is not permitted on roads within the Snowline Community **Any fines accrued by the HOA in regards to parking violations are the responsibility of the renter. **Luxury Getaways is required to register ALL vehicles that will be present on the property during your stay.

This home is located in a rainforest near the base of a mountain. We have critters both large and small that we share the land with. From Ants to bats, mice and raccoons, bears and bobcats, we do everything possible to keep them outside. Please do not leave food or garbage outside, as it looks like a free meal for the wildlife.

5.WiFI and Cellular Service: Due to the remote location, cable TV and cellular service are not available. The home has free, fast fiber WIFI and a smart TV for streaming your favorite subscription channels. There's also little cell phone service near Mt Baker ski area.

6. Weather: The mountains provide us with so much to offer, but predictable weather is not one of them. Please be prepared for all types of severe weather from excess heat in the summer to heavy rains in the Spring & Fall and Snow and Ice in the winter. It is highly recommended that you bring a 4-wheel or All wheel drive vehicle in the winter. Due to the potential harsh weather, power outages and internet outages happen from time to time and are out of our control. We do not issue any refunds for loss of power or internet. Please prepare for all types of weather when visiting the mountains.
