Discover the ultimate family getaway at Mountain Haven Chalet, a professionally decorated mountain retreat located in the heart of Chalet Village in Gatlinburg, Tennessee. This clean and high-end chalet offers a perfect blend of luxury and comfort, designed specifically to make your vacation effortless and relaxing.

The spacious layout features 5 bedrooms and 8 beds, accommodating up to 12 guests. Sleeping arrangements include 3 king bedrooms, 1 queen bedroom, and a versatile loft playroom with 2 twin beds. For additional flexibility, the media room includes a queen sleeper sofa. The home is well-appointed with 4 bathrooms (3 full and 2 half baths), ensuring plenty of space and privacy for everyone.

Designed for guests who value a truly stocked experience, this home goes beyond a bare-bones rental. The kitchen is thoughtfully equipped with a drip coffee maker, Keurig, toaster, blender, tea kettle, and crockpot. Families with little ones will appreciate the complimentary Pack ’n Play, high chair, and baby gate provided to help you pack less.

For entertainment, the chalet is a paradise. Guests can enjoy a dedicated game room featuring air hockey, foosball, darts, poker table, wall chess, video games, and various board games. The media room boasts a 75" TV, and throughout the home, you will find 6 smart TVs and WiFi. Outside, four balcony decks provide serene spaces to unwind, including rocking chairs and a new 2025 hot tub. A charcoal grill is also available for outdoor cooking.

Located in a prime spot, the chalet is just 2.5 miles from downtown Gatlinburg, 3 miles from the entrance of the National Park, and only 0.5 miles from Ober Gatlinburg Ski Resort. Guests enjoy free access to the Chalet Village clubhouse, including three resort pools and a workout room (summer only), as well as pickleball, tennis courts, and playgrounds year-round.

Practical details include a large flat parking area with no steep driveway for easy access. Check-in is at 4:00 PM and check-out is at 10:00 AM. Please note that pets are not allowed. To confirm your booking, a rental agreement must be signed. For your security, exterior recording cameras are located at the front door and parking area.

-The booking party is responsible for informing all members of his/her group of the rules & regulations below.
1. RESERVATIONS - The booking party must be at least 21 years of age and must stay at the cabin during the reserved time. Only the guest named on the reservation may cancel a reservation. Teenage or younger overnight guests MUST be accompanied by a responsible adult. RENTAL AGREEMENT to be signed within 24 hours of booking.
2. CHECK-IN - While check-in time is 4:00pm, the cabin may be ready earlier. To see if you can check in earlier, please call on the arrival date to check the status of the cabin. Check-out is at 10:00am.
3. PROPERTY - All property at Mountain Haven Chalet is to remain on the premises at all times. Guests may NOT take chairs, pillows, towels or other items from the property during day trips or after their stay. A complete inventory of the cabin is made after each rental period and the renter is responsible for any missing property. In the event of damages or extra cleaning requirements, additional charges may apply.
4. HOUSEKEEPING - THERE IS NO DAILY MAID SERVICE. An initial setup of our cabin provides clean bed linens, bath towels, wash cloths, and shower mats for the occupancy of the unit. The house is cleaned, hot tub is sanitized and the beds are made prior to your arrival. Daily maid service is not provided and guests are expected to launder towels, etc. as needed during their stay. It is not necessary to wash towels or bed linens prior to departure.
5. RESPECT - This cabin is located in a neighborhood with other cabins where other groups/families are there to enjoy their vacation as well. Loud music, loud noise, public intoxication and profanity are strictly prohibited and complaints from other groups/families may be grounds for immediate eviction and loss of rental funds.
6. LOST & FOUND - We are not responsible for personal property left behind, stolen or damaged during your stay. Never leave valuables unattended. If you find you have left something behind, please call or email us and we will try to locate the missing item. Items unclaimed more than 14 days will disposed of or given to charity.
7. QUIET HOURS - Quiet hours every day are from 10:00pm to 8:00am EST. No guest(s) will be permitted to disturb the peaceful quiet of other guests in nearby cabins.
8. SMOKING/VAPING/ILLEGAL DRUGS - For the comfort of all of our guests no smoking, vaping or illegal drugs will be uses inside the cabin. If we determine that a guest has smoked inside the cabin our minimum charge is $300. Given the fact that cabin is located in a heavily wooded area, please do NOT discard cigarette butts or lit cigarettes onto the ground as this could cause a major fire.
9. PETS - No pets are allowed.
