You will find two master bedrooms, each appointed with a comfortable king bed and its own private full bath. The third guest bedroom contains 2 full beds, with a full bathroom conveniently located across the hallway.

Inside, the ocean-facing living room invites you to relax with plush seating and a flat-screen TV. The beautifully updated kitchen is a highlight of the home, boasting a breakfast nook, a sizable wine bar, and a roomy dining table that comfortably seats 8 guests. For added convenience, the unit includes a private washer and dryer. Step outside onto your private balcony with cozy outdoor seating to enjoy the salt air, or head to the shared backyard via the outside stairs. The shared outdoor space is equipped with a fire pit, chairs, and a cornhole game for your entertainment. For those arriving by car, a garage spot is available, subject to vehicle size.

Located just minutes from the energy of vibrant downtown Oceanside, you have the best of the city and the sea at your fingertips. Please note that the unit is at sea level and does not have A/C; however, the numerous windows and refreshing ocean breeze keep the space nice and cool.

Pet Policy: Pets are welcome with specific guidelines. All pets must be added to the booking in advance. We allow one non-shedding dog under 20lbs; all other pets require approval. Cats are not permitted. A one-time $200 pet fee applies to maintain an allergen-free environment, and unauthorized pets will incur an additional $100 fee. Pets must be potty trained, current on shots, and exhibit no barking or chewing. When left alone, pets must be kept in a crate, pen, or kennel. Please note that pets are not allowed on the public beach.
