This listing provides exclusive access to all three guest rooms, offering a flexible and comfortable setup for up to 6 guests. Each room is thoughtfully designed with luxurious Harrison Spinks beds, hotel-quality linens, and elegant ensuite bathrooms. The sleeping arrangements are as follows:

• Room 1: King size bed with an ensuite shower
• Room 2: Double bed with an ensuite shower
• Room 3: Super king bed with a freestanding bath and ensuite shower

Guests can enjoy a variety of high-end touches, including Tonder & Tonder linens, Bramley or Henley Naturals toiletries, and in-room coffee makers. While the rooms provide a private sanctuary, guests also have access to the pub and dining areas during opening hours to enjoy seasonal British menus, local ales, and premium spirits.

Nestled in the heart of Oxfordshire, the inn is surrounded by rolling countryside and scenic woodland walks that start right from the doorstep. The property is easily reachable by car or taxi, and the Shiplake Station is approximately 2 miles away for those arriving by train.

Practical Information & Rules:

• Check-in: 3:00 PM - 9:00 PM. Check-out: 11:00 AM.
• Important: The pub is closed Sunday evenings, Mondays, and Tuesdays; therefore, standard check-ins are not available on these days. Check-ins after 5 PM on these specific days require a self check-in service via lockbox.
• Breakfast: Available for purchase Wednesday to Sunday. Lighter options are served in The Barn (8:30 AM - 12:00 PM) Wednesday to Friday, with full breakfast offerings available at weekends.
• Pets: Dogs are welcome for a £25 fee paid at check-in; dog beds and bowls are available upon request.
• Payments: 50% is taken upon confirmation, and the remaining 50% is collected 5 days before arrival. Cash payments are not accepted.
• Restrictions: No smoking allowed anywhere on the property (£250 fine). No guests under 25 without prior consent. Parties, stag, or hen does under 25 are strictly prohibited. Bookings for Henley Regatta dates are not accepted via Booking.com.
