• Starter Supplies: Initial supplies of trash bags, paper towels, laundry detergent, coffee, toilet paper, basic toiletries, firewood, and propane are provided.

House Rules & Policies:

• Pets: This is a pet-friendly property. Advance notice is required for dogs. A pet fee applies ($100 for up to 2 dogs per one source; $75 for the first pet and $45 for additional pets per another). Dogs must be crated if left unattended and are strictly prohibited from furniture and beds to avoid additional fees. Pets must be leashed at all times outdoors.
• Mountain Roads: High ground clearance and AWD or 4WD vehicles are strongly encouraged, especially in winter. No refunds are issued for inability to reach the cabin due to road conditions.
• Water Conservation: Guests are asked to use water mindfully, run laundry sparingly, and avoid washing vehicles on the property.
• Wildlife Safety: Due to active bear activity, food and trash must never be left in vehicles, and outdoor trash can bungee cords must be secured after every use.
