One bedroom is furnished with a king bed, while the second offers two twin beds that can be converted into a king upon request. Both bedrooms include AC and sliding glass doors that provide direct access to the pool deck area.

Living spaces are designed to embrace the outdoors. The spacious kitchen and living area feature sliding glass doors along the entire front wall, inviting in consistent trade wind breezes and expansive views. The kitchen is equipped with a stove cook-top, a large toaster oven, and a microwave. Please be mindful of the local wildlife, particularly the wild donkeys, and avoid feeding them to ensure their health and safety.

• Policies: No smoking inside the villa. A strict zero-tolerance policy is in place regarding threatening or abusive behavior. Guests are responsible for removing all trash to island dumpsters to avoid a $75 fee. Please adhere to the island-wide sound ordinance requiring loud noise and music to end by 10:00 PM.
• Island Notes: Power outages can occur via WAPA and are beyond the manager's control. Fresh water is a precious resource collected via cisterns; conservation is appreciated.
