The two dedicated bedrooms and full baths are finished with custom cabinetry and exquisite tile work.

Step inside to a gorgeous, upgraded kitchen fully stocked with stainless appliances, including a dishwasher, oven range, stove, full-sized microwave, and refrigerator. The living area is anchored by a cozy fireplace and a large TV, extending outdoors to a private patio with a table and chairs. For those seeking total relaxation, a second private patio allows you to soak in the sun or watch the sunset over the ocean. Outside the front door, you can enjoy the view of a double pond filled with boisterous frogs.

Located on the south bluff, you are steps away from the lawn, bluff walk, putting green, and Seascape Park. Guests have access to the North Bluff pool and hot tub, the lobby fireplace seating area, and the beach. While the resort offers the Sanderlings Restaurant and bar, as well as a full gym (available for an additional fee), please note that concierge, front desk, towel services, staff-operated golf carts, and bonfire pit rentals are not available to private renters. Open fires are permitted on the sand.

Beyond the resort, Seascape Village is just across the street with various cafes and shops, while the PGA-rated Seascape Golf Course is five minutes away. The historic village of Aptos is a short 10-minute drive, offering wine tasting and hiking in the magical Forest of Nisene Marks State Park.
