• House Rules: No pets allowed. Smoking is prohibited anywhere on the property. This is an old home and not a party pad; quiet hours are 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM. Max occupancy for gatherings (8 AM - 10 PM) is 12 people.
• Home Care: Please remove shoes inside. Due to old plumbing, please do not run the dishwasher or shower while doing laundry.
