Sleeping arrangements are designed for maximum flexibility to accommodate up to 8 guests:

• Bedroom 1 (Main Level): A peaceful retreat featuring a King-sized bed, closet, smart TV, and an attached full bathroom.
• Bedroom 2 (Loft): A cozy space with a Queen-sized bed.
• Additional Sleeping: A queen sleeper sofa in the living room and two full mattresses in the unique 'crows nest' loft, which serves as a perfect spot for kids of all ages.

• Rules: No smoking and no pets allowed. Quiet hours are observed from 11:00 PM to 7:00 AM.
• Important: Bear-proof trash cans must remain closed and locked at all times to avoid a $250 HOA fine. Fireplace availability is from October 1 to March 1.
• Parking: Flat, paved driveway with space for 2-3 cars or a small-midsize RV/trailer.
