• Power & Connectivity: Cell phone service is spotty in Ashford. While high-speed fiber internet is available, guests should be aware that power outages can occur during heavy rain or winter storms. In such events, propane cooking and gas heating remain available, and flashlights and lanterns are provided.
• Firewood: Not provided, but available for purchase at the local general store and barber shop.
• Lake Safety: There is no lifeguard on duty at the community lake; guests swim at their own risk.
