This two-story residence is designed for comfort and relaxation, featuring 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, comfortably accommodating up to 6 guests. The sleeping arrangements consist of two upstairs bedrooms, each offering a queen bed. The master bedroom is a true sanctuary, boasting a private balcony with views of the tree-lined bluffs and the ocean beyond, along with a full bathroom featuring a step-in tub/shower. A second bathroom with generous counter space and a walk-in shower serves the hallway, where a stackable washer and dryer are also conveniently located.

The first floor is dedicated to living and dining. A remodeled kitchen comes fully equipped with stainless appliances, including an electric oven range, stovetop, large microwave, full-sized refrigerator, and dishwasher, as well as a toaster and drip coffee pot. The dining area features a large table with seating for 6, while the living area offers a gas fireplace, a large TV, and a second private balcony with patio seating for enjoying distant ocean views.

Practical Information: Check-in is anytime after 3:00 PM via electronic door lock; check-out is by 11:00 AM. Please note that due to cool ocean breezes, this property does not have air conditioning. No pets, smoking, or parties/events are allowed. While the North Bluff pool and beach are free, gym use requires an additional on-site fee. Please be aware that concierge, front desk services, towel services, and staff-operated golf carts are not available to private renters.
