A full bathroom completes the interior layout.

- Parking: Each apartment is entitled to exactly one non-negotiable parking space in the lot located next to the hotel. Please do not block other vehicles or the entrance. Parking in front of the hotel is permitted only for brief loading/unloading; unauthorized parking in front of the hotel will result in a $100.00 fine.
- Pets: This is a dog-friendly hotel. Service dogs are welcome at no additional cost, provided that up-to-date documentation is presented before arrival.
- Smoking: Strictly prohibited on the hotel premises and inside apartments. Violations will incur a penalty fee.
- Security: For the safety of all guests, the establishment is monitored 24/7 by security cameras.

Fines for violating these rules:

$25.00 - $50.00 or more Extras - Check-outs after 11:05 AM will automatically incur a $25.00 charge. Late Check-Out is available until 3:00 pm for a $50.00 fee. Departures after 3:00 pm will be subject to an additional night's charge, adjusted to the current nightly rate.

$50.00 Extras - The maximum capacity indicated per apartment includes children and is NON-NEGOTIABLE. $50.00 per night will be charged per person in excess of the apartment's maximum capacity.

$75.00 Extras - Pool towels and bath towels will be provided in the apartment. It is strictly forbidden to take these towels out of our facilities. A fine of $75.00 will be charged for each towel that is full of beach sand, damaged and/or taken outside the Hotel facilities.

$100.00 Extras - Vehicles are NOT allowed to park in front of the Hotel, except for a reasonable time to load and unload your belongings. A $100.00 fine will be charged for vehicles parked in front of the Hotel.

$300.00 Extras - Smoking is prohibited inside the apartments or in the surroundings of the Hotel. Failure to comply with this rule will result in a $200.00 fine, and we have security cameras 24/7.

We pay the most expensive light in the world, we thank you in advance to turn off the air conditioning every time you all leave the apartment.

Access to the hotel facilities is for the exclusive use of registered guests. People not included in the reservation are not allowed to enter.

Pool hours are from 8:00 am to 10:00 pm.

Use the pool at your own risk. Sunset View Hotel by West Paradise shall not, under any circumstances, be liable for injuries sustained during the use of the pool facilities. Be sure to follow the rules posted in the pool area.

Please be considerate of the other guests and avoid unreasonable noise levels at all times. Absolute quiet hours start at 10:00 pm.

Be careful of children climbing or descending stairwells. As parents, guardians or companions of children, you are personally and legally responsible and must supervise them at all times.

Motorized vessels such as jet skis, boats, etc. are not allowed in the exclusive parking area.

This condo is equipped with cookware, dinnerware and glassware. Before leaving, please wash all dishes and dispose of garbage in the containers in the designated area outside.
