If there is a swimming pool on the premises, please note that no lifeguard is on duty.  Observe all pool regulations and take proper precautions to safeguard yourself, guests, and children.

a) No diving or jumping. Swimming pool is shallow. b) Do not leave children unattended at the swimming pool. c) No glass containers are allowed in or around pool area or deck. d) Do not hang towels on the baluster railings. e) All personal items are to be stored inside the unit when not in use.
f) Please keep pool area clean. 18) Minimum age requirement for reservations is 30 years or older
