The Alderwood Cabin is a private, blue cabin located at the top of the complex on the far west side of the property. Designed for comfort and convenience, the layout includes 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, with a total of 2 beds. Sleeping arrangements feature a queen-size bed in the main bedroom, a queen-size bed in the secondary bedroom, and a sofa sleeper in the living room, allowing the cabin to accommodate up to 6 guests. The interior is thoughtfully appointed, including an ensuite bath with a walk-in shower and a guest bath featuring a shower/tub combo. The spacious open kitchen is well-equipped with island seating, a stove-top with oven, residential fridge, dishwasher, a 12-cup drip coffee maker, and basic cooking essentials. Additionally, a dedicated laundry room houses a residential washer and dryer for your convenience.

Located in a vibrant area of Homer, the property provides access to shared common areas and the on-site restaurant, "Water Rudders," which serves a wide selection of delicious fare, beer, and wine. Guests can also enjoy the seasonal fire pit and floatplane tours.
