Location & Neighborhood Situated atop breathtaking bluffs, the resort provides immediate access to the ocean via a central walking path. Just across the street, Seascape Village offers a variety of cafes, shops, and restaurants. For those seeking adventure, the PGA-rated Seascape Golf Course is only 5 minutes away. The quaint town of Aptos is a 10-minute drive, where the redwoods meet the sea, offering magical hiking in Nisene Marks State Park, wine tasting, and boutique shopping. Additionally, the charming Capitola Village is reachable in less than 15 minutes by car.

Practical Info & Rules Check-in is available starting at 3:00 PM, and check-out is by 11:00 AM. Please note that pets are not allowed. Due to the refreshing ocean breezes of the coast, this property does not have air conditioning. There are no daily housekeeping services; however, a cleaning kit is provided under the sink. Guests should be aware that concierge services, front desk services, towel services, golf carts, and the south bluff/main lobby pools are not available to private renters. Gym access is available for an additional fee paid on-site. Public spaces throughout the property are monitored by video cameras.
