You are a short walk or quick car ride from Barefoot Landing and a variety of popular dining options, including Hamburger Joes, Nacho Hippo, and 21 Main Prime Steakhouse. • Pets: Welcome with prior approval. A non-refundable $150 pet fee applies to the first pet and $100 for each additional pet. Pets must remain off furniture and be kept in a safe area when you are not at home.
• Security: A $500 pre-authorization hold will be placed on the card on file in lieu of a security deposit, released two days after departure.
• Note: The sofa bed is currently unusable; however, a single blow-up mattress is provided for extra guests. Photo ID and a signed policy agreement are required prior to receiving check-in details.
