For further exploration, Uber and Lyft are readily available on the island.

- Parking: $25 per car for the entire stay (maximum 2 cars). Payment must be made at the main office (8 AM - 8 PM) via credit/debit card. Vehicles must be registered to avoid towing.
- Occupancy: Rentals are limited to families and adults over the age of 25. A photo ID of the main renter is required prior to arrival.
- Pets: No pets allowed (service animals permitted with advance notification).
- Taxes: All fees and services are subject to a 15% tax.

No pets are allowed at this property. Service animals are permitted with the appropriate documentation provided to the property manager in advance of your stay.

We welcome our guests and work diligently to make their experience memorable. However, we only rent to adults over the age of 25 and families. Photo identification is required.
TRUST AND SAFETY: In lieu of a security deposit BTVR charges for damage insurance. Rates for this damage insurance are included in your cleaning fee. The SafelyStay, Inc. Trust and Safety Fee includes up to $10,000 of coverage for contents damage and up to $100,000 coverage for property damage and bodily injury. The Trust and Safety Fee is refundable only if the reservation is canceled in writing at least twenty-four (24) hours prior to arrival date. Any deductible or minimum claim amount will be the responsibility of the Guest, and Beach Time Vacation Rentals will process using the form of payment on file for Guest.
Airbnb Cleaning Fee includes cleaning fee, Admin Fee, and Safely Insurance Fee of $59
After booking on Airbnb, guests are required to sign the Beach Time Vacation Rentals reservation agreement. We encourage all guests to purchase Travel Protection Insurance, especially during Hurricane Season. Please contact the Beach Time Vacation Rentals office for details.
