Please read the following carefully for important policies effective for reservations booked November 20, 2020 until further notice. We are sorry to inform our guests that as a result of Airbnb's new mandated host agreement to their "Enhanced Cleaning" guidelines, guests booking our properties through the Airbnb platform will be unavoidably impacted by the following:

1. Guests booking via Airbnb will no longer be offered the use of kitchenware (dishes, utensils, pots, pans, etc.). These items will be left in the unit, but please plan to bring your own kitchen equipment for your stay.

2. Typical check-in time for guests booking on Airbnb will be delayed from 4 pm until 5 pm, no exceptions.

It is unfortunate that we are no longer able to offer the same amenities/value that our guests who book via Airbnb have enjoyed over the years. Since we first began Almost Paradise Lodging at Mt. Rainier in 1999, our guests have consistently given us top ratings on our cleaning and sanitizing practices both pre-Covid-19 and since the pandemic began. One of the ways in which we are able to keep our cleaning costs low, offer same-day-turnover and stock fully equipped kitchens/kitchenettes is by requesting that guests wash their dishes/run the dishwasher (if available) prior to their departure. This practice has been standard for vacation rentals in our area and our happy guests have proved this to also be a good practice.

• You are responsible to book for the correct number of guests. We supply the linens according to the number of guests on the reservation.

• No additional persons beyond the original reservation are allowed, this includes no visitors during the day or night.

• No smoking indoors. Outside only with disposal in ash trays, away from open doors/windows.

• Provided linens to be only used as intended.

• Do not add anything to the Hot Tub. Contact Host immediately if there is a problem.

• Allow Host to address concerns during your stay. You are obliged to contact Host immediately if there is any problem or dissatisfaction.

• Campfires allowed in designated fire pit only when permitted by law. No fires during burning bans.

• Quiet Hours: 10 pm - 8 am –

• All applicable federal, state and local laws must be abided.

• No intoxication or drug abuse on premises.

• We will not be responsible for accidents or injury to guests or loss of valuables of any kind.

• The "no pets allowed" rule includes having pets on the premises at all or in a guest vehicle.

• We recommend all guests purchase an applicable trip cancellation and travel insurance policy. -- We do have a strict cancellation policy. -Rescheduling, moving dates, dropping dates or otherwise changing any aspect of your reservation is considered a cancellation; there will be no refund. -There are no refunds for early departures; there are no date changes for early departures.
