The cabin is thoughtfully designed for relaxation, featuring a one-bedroom layout with a single queen bed dressed in hotel quality sheets. For additional guests, the property accommodates up to three people, utilizing a roomy sleeping loft accessible via a spiral staircase. The layout includes one full bathroom with a tub and shower located downstairs, complemented by a convenient half-bath upstairs adjoining the sleeping loft.

Guests can immerse themselves in a cozy atmosphere defined by open-beam vaulted ceilings and the warmth of an en-suite gas fireplace. The living space is equipped with a 50" LED HDTV and a "Smart" TV or DVD player for streaming favorite programming over Wi-Fi, though please note there is no cable or satellite service. The fully equipped kitchen features a gas stove and oven, along with fresh coffee beans to start your mornings right. Additional rules
- You are responsible to book for the correct number of guests. We supply the linens according to the number of guests on the reservation. There is an additional charge of $46 for a third guest (Airbnb automatically calculates this into the rate for 3 guests at the time of booking). Sheets for the couch will be supplied for 3 guests. Reservations of 1 or 2 guests may request sheets for the couch for an additional fee of $46/night subject to availability.
- Visitors are not allowed on the premises at anytime.
- No smoking indoors. Outside only with disposal in ash trays.
- Provided linens to be only used as intended.
- Guests are expected to wash the dishes while at the cabin. Please load/run the dishwasher prior to departure and/or have washed dishes drying on the dish drying rack. Should previous guests not have followed the house rules to wash the dishes thoroughly, don't hesitate to let us know should you need assistance.
- Allow Host to address concerns during your stay. You are obliged to contact Host immediately if there is any problem or dissatisfaction.
- Campfires allowed in designated fire pit only when permitted by law. No fires during burning bans.
- HOA Quiet Hours: 10 pm - 8 am
- All applicable federal, state and local laws must be abided.
- No intoxication or drug abuse on premises.
- The "no pets allowed" rule includes having pets on the premises at all or in a guest vehicle.
- We recommend all guests purchase an applicable trip cancellation and travel insurance policy. We do have a strict cancellation policy.
- Requests to alter a confirmed reservation may not be accepted. Alteration of the reservation dates is at the discretion of the host and the host cancellation policy may apply to date changes and/or shortening [i.e. canceling night(s) of the stay] the length of the trip. Altering the date(s) of the reservation may result in a change in rate as well.
- Security Deposit Explanation: "The guest doesn’t pay the deposit when they make the reservation. Instead, the guest will be charged if a host makes a claim on their security deposit. Security deposits aren’t collected automatically. A host uses the Resolution Center to upload documentation of the damages (like photos or receipts), and request money from their guest to fix those damages. Hosts and guests can work out the details on their own, or they can choose to involve Airbnb."
