To maintain the quality of the home and the peace of the neighborhood, guests are asked to adhere to the following policies:

• Check-in is at 4:00 PM and check-out is at 10:00 AM
• No pets are allowed due to severe family allergies; violators will be asked to leave immediately
• No parties or loud events are permitted. To respect our quiet neighborhood, hot tub use is prohibited between 10 PM and 7 AM. Noise violations result in a $500 fine and immediate departure
• Shoes must be removed indoors to protect the real wood floors and carpeting
• Parking is limited to a maximum of 4 vehicles: 1 in the garage, 2 in the driveway, and 1 on the street
