This open-concept cottage is designed to sleep up to 4 guests comfortably. The layout features 1 bedroom and 1 bathroom, with sleeping arrangements consisting of 1 queen bed in a semi-private sleeping room and a pull-out double bed sofa in the living area. Please note that the sleeping room is open to the living room, creating a cozy, close-proximity atmosphere. The living space is further enhanced with cross seating perfect for games and a TV for your entertainment.

Inside, you will find a fully stocked kitchen complete with a vintage stovetop and oven, ideal for preparing home-cooked meals. To ensure a comfortable stay during cool coastal nights, the space is equipped with a brand new heater. Outside, guests can relax on their own private deck and patio featuring an electric BBQ.

Location highlights include easy walking distance to the wharf and both local beaches. The surrounding area is highly accessible by bike, encouraging guests to bring their own or rent some to enjoy sightseeing on two wheels.

• Check-in: 3:00 PM via keypad entry
• Check-out: 11:00 AM
• Parking: One shared private space for Units A & B (not guaranteed). Public street parking is available on Bluegum, and a public lot is located across the street on Capitola Avenue.
• Pets: Well-behaved pets are welcome with a $100 advance fee. Pets must not be left unattended unless crated (non-barking) and are strictly prohibited from beds or furniture.
• House Rules: No smoking, no parties, and no events.
• Note: Due to the refreshing ocean breezes of Santa Cruz County, this property does not have air conditioning.
