Experience Capitola Village from this quaint cottage offering the perfect location right across from the river walk and just a short walk to the beach, village shops, restaurants, cafes, and wine bars. This open space cottage comfortably sleeps up to 4 guests in a cozy, intimate setting.
The cottage features 1 bedroom with a queen bed and 1 bathroom, plus a pull-out double bed sofa in the living area. Please note this is an open space layout where the bedroom is attached to the living room, so guests will be sleeping in close proximity.
This cottage sits in an unbeatable Capitola Village location. Take a five-minute walk to Gayle's Bakery for signature locally roasted coffee or sweet treats. The village, wharf, and both beaches are all within walking distance. All parts of Capitola and surrounding beaches are accessible by bike - bring your own or secure a rental for sightseeing on two wheels.
Parking can be challenging in Capitola Village. There is only one shared private parking space for this duplex property, so parking is not guaranteed. Public street parking is available on Bluegum, and there's a public parking lot across the street on Capitola Avenue.
Check-in is anytime after 3:00 PM and check-out is by 11:00 AM. Self check-in instructions will be provided 48 hours before arrival. Well-behaved pets are welcome with a $100 pet fee paid in advance. Pets must not be left unattended unless crated (and only if they don't bark), and are not allowed on beds or furniture. No smoking, parties, or events are permitted. Due to the cooler coastal climate with ocean breezes, this property does not have air conditioning.
This charming cottage offers the ideal base for exploring everything Capitola Village has to offer, from beachfront relaxation to village dining and shopping, all within easy walking distance of your front door.
