• Daily cleaning and full breakfast are provided
• Quiet hours are strictly enforced from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM
• Glass is strictly prohibited near the pool (R$ 1200 penalty for breakage)
• Social visits must be pre-approved via ID photos; limited to 2 people at a time, max 6 per day, and must exit by 10:00 PM
• A full list of guest names and passports/IDs is required 10 days before arrival
• Only listed guests are permitted to stay overnight
• Residential use only; drugs and prostitution are strictly forbidden
• Bookings of 15+ nights will be charged for electricity as an extra
• Any property irregularities must be reported within the first 24 hours of check-in
• Late key return without approval may incur a charge of 2 nights' rent
