This bright space includes two sofas, a dining area with a large table, and an aperitif corner complete with ottomans and a coffee table. Two large bay windows frame stunning views of the Haut Jura Regional Park, leading out to a generous 30 m2 south-facing balcony. The recent bathroom is equipped with underfloor heating, a large shower, and a double sink. The kitchen is fully equipped for gourmands, featuring high-end appliances like a Miele dishwasher, LG American fridge, and specialized tools for waffles, pancakes, fondue, and raclette.

For those seeking adventure, the Jouvencelles alpine ski area is accessible on foot, with the Beauregard slope located just 80 meters behind the property. Children will love the surrounding land, which is ideal for sledding, as well as the available Wii U and various board games.
