Ideally located to visit the city's top sights and amenities, this 80 m2 apartment is situated on the first floor of a stunning building featuring classic Haussmannien architecture, offering a blend of historical charm and modern convenience.
Designed to welcome all groups, the layout provides a comfortable and flexible sleeping arrangement. The home features 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom, with a total guest capacity of 6 people. The sleeping configuration includes a large bedroom equipped with a 160 x 200 cm bed and a pull-out bunk bed featuring three 90 x 200 cm beds. The smaller bedroom contains a 140 x 190 cm bed and a 90 x 190 cm bunk bed. Additionally, the living room offers sofa beds measuring 90 x 190 cm and 120 x 190 cm to ensure everyone has a place to rest. For your comfort, the property provides duvets (140 x 200 for small beds and 220 x 240 for larger beds) and 65 x 65 pillows.
The interior is recently renovated and thoughtfully equipped for a quality stay. The large living room is a central hub for relaxation, featuring a large TV screen and a dining table that comfortably seats 8 people. The kitchen is fully equipped for your culinary needs, featuring a stove, oven, coffee maker, microwave, toaster, kettle, and basic ingredients. The bathroom conveniently includes a washing machine for your laundry needs.
Guests enjoy full access to the entire accommodation and a shared common courtyard. The property is meticulously maintained, with housekeeping included in your stay. To ensure a seamless experience, the hosts provide essential starter items such as dishwasher capsules, garbage bags, toilet paper, paper towels, coffee, tea, assorted herbs, salt, pepper, olive oil, vinegar, and sugar.

Guests must take out their shoes in the apartment. It is forbidden to invite an extra person to sleep without informing me. Any problems (damage, breakages, etc.) must be communicated to me immediately (regardless of the time). Toilet paper is provided.
Standard Service Option: The garbage cans must be taken out, the dishes cleaned and put away as well as items such as the baby changing mattress, dish towels and other user cloths put in the laundry bin in the room. Linens, towels, and duvet covers are not provided.
Additional services (upon request ) Dras cover and pillowcase=5€; towel= €3; duvet covers = €7 (useless if you have a sleeping bag). Fitted bed/bed: 3€(summer, duvet cover not put on in bed), 4€(winter) Rates are for the dry cleaning price (no ironing). It is forbidden to sleep in the beds without bedding. In case of an unintentional forgetting we offer (as far as reasonable the missing bedding). Please make, on the day of your arrival, a photo of the beds made (duvet in their cover). Duvet covers and cushions used without linens will be invoiced for cleaning.
Deluxe Service Option: Service as at the hotel for 20€ per person. In this option the beds will be prepared before your arrival, you will have nothing to do on your departure (garbage cans etc.). In addition, small snacks and Alsatian local products are offered. Great for late check-ins! For large groups this option is not always possible, ask in advance.
