APARTMENT RULES

1. Guests and visitors should comply with the parking regulations and requirements and must show consideration to other vehicles in the property.

2. The Garage Door operates (opens-closes)with “A” key of the provided remote control.Please always be careful to check if other vehicles are coming or leaving the property.

3. The refrigerator is always ON.The electricity Card provided is used to activate the rest electric appliances inside the apartment.Make sure to turn off the lights,Air Conditioning, or other devices when you leave the house.Taking the card with you is reccommended.Don’t forget to close the windows and lock the door.

4. There is always Hot Water in the apartment ,there is NO need to use the Electric Water heater switch.

5. No smoking inside the apartment. Cigarette butts must be disposed of in the ashtray provided in the front yard of the property.

6. All the appliances and kitchen stuff inside the house have been recorded so be careful of any loss or damage.

7. No parties or events allowed.

8. No unregistered guests or visitors allowed. The maximum property capacity is 3 people.

9. Quiet time after 11 p.m.

10. No eating or drinking in bedrooms. Please enjoy your meal in the dining room.

11. Dispose of the garbage in the trash bin and dont forget to dispose it in the GREEN or BLUE(recycling) city's public trash bin in the road outside the property.

12. For laundry use the washing machine(if available),or use the info(tel-addresses) ,in the back page with the emergency contact numbers-details.

13. Keep a close eye on your kids while being on the field outside.

14. No pets allowed.

15. Wash the dishes, and throw out the garbage before checkout.

16. Report any damages and/or breakages in a reasonably timely manner. Damages exceeding the security deposit amount must be paid by guests and will be reported to Airbnb/Booking.

17. Checkout time is at 12:00 p.m.
