• Policies: No pets, smoking, vaping, or marijuana allowed. Parties and large get-togethers are strictly prohibited
• Important: The community uses a central chiller system; units may have cooling or heating, but not both simultaneously. Please keep AC at or above 72 degrees to prevent coil freezing
• Fees: $250 fine for smoking; $100 charge for lost remotes; $50 per hour for unapproved late check-outs; $50 per night for unlisted guests
