Guests can easily explore the historical beauty of Chios, from the historic Daskalopetra site to the scenic villages of Lagkada and Kardamila, or take a quick drive to the city for shopping and ferries.

Practical Info & Rules: Check-in is from 3:00 PM and check-out is by 11:00 AM. Pets are not allowed. Regarding the shared pool: guests must shower at the available outlet before entering. Drinking, partying, and excessive noise are prohibited as the property is in a residential area. The pool is 130 cm deep; for safety, non-swimmers and children under 13 years old are not permitted. Pool use is at the guest's own liability. Please also be mindful of the host's shy Chihuahua who occasionally visits the pool area.
