The sleeping arrangements include a double bedroom featuring a window and a second bedroom equipped with a bunk bed. For additional flexibility, the living area includes a comfortable sofa bed, ensuring the space can accommodate up to 4 guests across 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom.

One of the standout highlights of Casa Alexa is the access to the wonderful third-floor private terrace. This expansive outdoor space is designed for relaxation and entertainment, featuring a dedicated solarium area with sun loungers for soaking up the Sicilian sun and a barbecue area perfect for hosting memorable evening meals under the stars.

Inside, the home focuses on comfort and convenience. The kitchen and living area are air-conditioned and open onto a balcony, providing a fresh breeze and a pleasant view. The overall atmosphere is modern and welcoming, making it a serene base for your Italian holiday.

For those planning extended stays, please note that monthly reservations require a free lease agreement and a security deposit of €200.00 via bank transfer. For monthly stays, utilities, sheets, and towels are not included in the booking.
