The fully equipped kitchen is outfitted with a stove, oven, dishwasher, microwave, and cookware. Sleeping arrangements in the main house include one queen bedroom on the main floor and one queen and one full bedroom upstairs, where the bathroom with a shower-over-tub is located. Please note there is no bathroom on the main floor of the main house.

The mother-in-law suite is a private space with its own exterior entrance on the side of the home. This studio layout features a queen bed and its own bathroom with a walk-in shower. For added convenience, the suite includes a kitchenette with a fridge, microwave, sink, and Keurig. Guests should be aware that the stairs to the suite are steep and narrow.
