Practical Info & Rules: Check-in is at 4:00 PM and check-out is at 11:00 AM. A security deposit of $500 USD is required. Please note that pets are not allowed. To maintain the peace of the community, quiet hours begin at 10:00 PM, and outside noise must be kept to a minimum. Parties and events are strictly prohibited; outside furniture and decorations are not permitted, and violations may result in immediate eviction. Only registered guests are allowed on the premises; please request approval for any visitors, as additional guest fees apply ($25 per person, per night after 6 guests).

Additional house policies include a strict no-smoking policy and a request to only flush toilet paper to avoid plumbing issues. Please refrain from using towels for makeup removal. For your safety and security, exterior cameras and NoiseAware technology are in place. Note that gardening work occurs Tuesday mornings and trash collection is on Wednesdays. Guests have access to the entire home, excluding the garage, a locked 4th bedroom, and select closets and cabinets.
