The layout features one bedroom with one bed and one bathroom, perfectly accommodating up to two guests. The living area is spacious and open, centered around a very comfortable sofa bed (160 x 200) and an HD TV featuring over 400 channels for your entertainment. For those who enjoy cooking, the adjoining fully equipped kitchen provides everything needed to whip up a tasty meal, including a fridge, microwave, oven, induction hob, dishwasher, toaster, Nespresso coffee machine, and kettle. A washer-dryer is also available for your convenience.

The bathroom includes a shower, sink, and toilet. To ensure a stress-free arrival, guests are greeted with a Welcome Kit featuring personal care items, kitchen essentials like salt, pepper, and oil, as well as refreshing beverages. Linens and towels are provided, and beds are made upon arrival. Additional conveniences include an iron, ironing board, and complimentary coffee and tea.
